ORDERS & DELIVERY

All orders must be placed by a person aged over 18 years.

You undertake to ensure that all deliveries are taken by person/s aged 18 or over.

Deliveries are made during the hours 07.30 to 21:00 on Monday to Saturday.   All timed deliveries cannot be guaranteed due to unforeseen circumstances.

Please check that your goods are not damaged before signing for them in good condition. Goods are not able to be returned after the signing of a delivery other than those which are faulty or damaged and these will receive a full refund or a replacement re-dispatched free of charge.

Telephone numbers of the recipient MUST be provided. You may be requested to pay by Bank Transfer, not credit or debit card.

Where specific courier instructions are given e.g. leave in porch, round the back etc, you are entirely responsible for goods being received where our couriers have a POD (proof of delivery), and/or inform us that the goods were 'left as instructed'. You must ensure that any specific courier instructions given are correct and that the information provided, ensures a safe and accurate delivery.

If item/s are out of stock, or more is ordered than we currently hold, then a date will be shown in the basket when we expect to have stocks replenished and when we can fulfil your order. For vintage products, the vintage year in stock may differ from the one shown on our pages. We are unable to deliver to PO Box numbers including BFPO.
