Black Cow Vodka 70cl

The world’s first Pure Milk Vodka is called Black Cow. It is made from the milk of cows that are fed grass and has a very creamy and silky texture. Drink straight or blend into a lengthy beverage or cocktail.

The milk from cows that graze on the pastures around the Black Cow distillery is used to manufacture our vodka in West Dorset. Black Cow is the first beverage to support sustainability; our incredibly smooth vodka is made from whey, a byproduct of the cheese-making process.

In 2011, artist Paul Archard and dairy farmer Jason Barber realised the possibilities of whey. They developed an inventive, distinctive, and superior-tasting vodka created solely from the milk of cows by fusing the old Mongolian practice of fermented milk with the Northern European heritage of producing high proof, transparent, and clean vodka.
