Fresh citrus and berry fruit flavours. Light and sweet yet refreshing rose style, with a soft mouthfeel and crisp acid finish. The fruit was picked in the cool of the night, to ensure that maximum varietal flavour and freshness of character was retained. The wine was fermented cool to retain the fruit and then and aged on oak for additional complexity and flavour.
