The choice of cherries and their blending is the secret of Joseph Cartron Liqueur’s fruity fragrance of Cherry Brandy. In the local soil, less than 25 kilometres from Nuits-Saint-Georges, where Joseph Cartron carefully selects two varieties, the fruits are cultivated. Between the sour cherry of the Montmorency and the black cherry of the Chalonnaise variety, the proportions of fruit used are very healthy. In very specific proportions, it adds Cognac and Kirsch and it is the combination of all these noble ingredients that will give a perfect, harmonious and full-flowing liquor.
