What’s emerging is a brilliant Cristal champagne that has a tonne of promise ahead of it while being quite the charmer already. Out of the 45 historical vineyard plots at Domaine Cristal, only 39 were chosen to be included in this year’s final blend. These grapes were chosen because they embodied the actual essence of this exceptional wine, which is its amazing elegance, graceful length, and purity of fruit.

Cristal’s longevity is due to its dedication to the soil. This wine has its roots in the everlasting, which includes the seasons, a ripening cycle, a legacy, and an adventure. the pursuit of perfection, harmony, and purity in order to produce a wine that reflects the characteristics of its terroir and vibrates in sync with it. The cellar master only needs to tweak this resonance to give the wine the ideal maturing process so that it can vibrate at its peak.

2014 was a brilliant, bright year with more radiant fruit and finesse than we could have imagined. Thanks to the abundant and well-ripened grape crop this sunny vintage provided, we were able to create a Cristal that is more authentic than ever.

Because of the chalk’s great drainage qualities and purity, the 2014 vintage has produced a more terroir-style wine than in previous years, allowing us to better manage the weather throughout the year. Careful, more environmentally conscious, sustainable growing methods have produced a Cristal 2014 that exemplifies the perfect harmony between freshness and maturity.
