MAI TAI COCKTAIL
The Mai Tai is a cocktail based on rum, Curaçao liqueur, orgeat (almond) syrup (but we've gone with Amaretto syrup), and lime juice. It is one of the quintessential Tiki cocktails.

25ml Dark Matter Spiced Rum
25ml One Love Coconut & Pineapple Rum
1 teaspoon Monin Orgeat Syrup
50ml Orange Juice
50ml Pineapple Juice
1 teaspoon Bols Blue Curaçao
Pineapple wedge and Maraschino Cherry, for garnish

How to
make it
Mix the dark and light rum, Amaretto syrup, and orange and pineapple juice in a cocktail shaker with ice cubes or crushed ice.
Pour into a glass.
Float Blue Curaçao on top by pouring it over the back of a spoon.
Garnish with the pineapple wedge and cherry.
