Strawberry Mint Margarita
A margarita is a cocktail consisting of tequila, orange liqueur, and lime juice often served with salt on the rim of the glass.

Ingredients
- 1 Lime, Juice
- 3 Mint, fresh leaves
- 2 cups Strawberries, fresh
- 1 tsp Simple syrup
- 2 cups Ice
- 35ml Bols Triple Sec
- 70ml Rooster Rojo Blanco tequila
How to make it
- Add the strawberries, tequila, Triple Sec, mint, and lime to the blender and puree until smooth.
- Add the ice to the strawberry mixture and pulse to puree until smooth.
- Spread margarita salt onto a small plate. Rub the squeezed lime around the rim of each serving glass. Roll the rim of each glass in the salt.
- Pour into 2 glasses and serve immediately.
