🔞 2. Eligibility, Legal Capacity & Age Restriction

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this website or purchase alcohol. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that local laws allow you to purchase and receive alcohol. However, if we cannot verify age or eligibility, we may refuse service or cancel an order.

🛒 3. Placing Orders

When you place an order, you confirm that:

  • All information you provide is accurate and complete

  • You are authorised to use the selected payment method

  • You intend to enter into a legally binding agreement

In some cases, we may request additional verification before dispatch. Consequently, orders are accepted only once payment is authorised.

🌍 4. International Alcohol Shipping & Legal Responsibility

Alcohol laws vary by country, state, and region. Therefore, before placing an order, you must confirm that alcohol importation is legal at your delivery address. Additionally, you agree to pay any applicable customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees.

If customs authorities refuse, seize, delay, return, or destroy an order, we cannot issue a refund, including shipping costs. As a result, by ordering internationally, you accept this risk in full.

🚚 5. Delivery, Tracking & Risk Transfer

We dispatch orders using established courier partners and provide tracking details once your order ships. However, delivery times are estimates only.

For example, delays may occur due to customs inspections, weather conditions, or local authority checks. Accordingly, responsibility for the goods passes to you once we dispatch the order.

🪪 6. Age Verification on Delivery

In addition to age checks at checkout, courier partners may request valid photographic ID on delivery.

If age verification fails, and the courier returns or withholds the order, we will treat the order as refused. Therefore, no refund will be issued.

💷 7. Prices, Duties & Availability

All prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise.

International orders may attract import duties, local taxes, or clearance charges. Consequently, these costs remain the customer’s responsibility.

From time to time, we may correct errors, cancel affected orders, or update prices before accepting an order. If a pricing error occurs after checkout but before dispatch, you may cancel the order for a full refund.

You must pay for all orders in full at checkout.

We accept major debit and credit cards and approved online payment methods. Accordingly, we confirm orders only after payment authorisation.

Where UK or EU law applies, you may cancel eligible orders within 14 days of delivery. However, alcohol products must remain unopened and sealed to qualify.

Nevertheless, we do not issue refunds for opened alcohol, failed age verification, or customs refusals.

We may refuse or cancel orders if:

  • Payment fails or appears fraudulent

  • Legal or compliance concerns arise

  • Access may begin immediately after purchase

  • Cancellation rights may end once access or redemption occurs
